WHY TLC TRUST?

Incorporated in 1986 as a non-profit organization, TLC TRUST administers individual trusts developed by families with legal and financial planning expertise.  We specialize in trusts that would not be appropriate for a bank or attorney to oversee.

WHO ARE WE?

As parents, family and friends of persons with disabilities, we often wonder who will provide our children with the extra special touches that we provided over the years. We will guarantee that your families wishes will be carried out.

WHAT WE OFFER

We provide outreach and information to individuals, families and groups about the importance of estate and special needs planning. We continue to aide families through education, advocacy and future  planning.

Testimonials

I have been on the Board of TLC Trust for over 30 years and it has been exciting to see the organization grow over these many years. The compassion and caring by the staff on how we treat our clients, especially from our Executive Director, Gayle Greene is a pleasure to behold. The staff and board members are committed to ensure that the best interest of the client is always our top priority. The experience, knowledge and expertise of the staff and board of directors gives confidence to our clients that they will be well served.

Jim

It is hard to believe that I have been working with TLC for over 12 years now. The most important thing for me is the peace of mind that I can have knowing my son is looked after by professionals who have his best interests at heart.

TLC is a co-guardian with me for Jon, age 47, and administers a special needs trust as well. Things always come up suddenly and unexpectedly(like aspirational pneumonia) and TLC is always ready to be Jon’s advocate since I live in Salt Lake City. I can’t attend ISP meetings that TLC can. In a sense they not only represent Jon but also me. Sometimes I disagree about issues and thankfully TLC responds immediately to my concerns and questions.

I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful working relationship with TLC. I am 81 years old and know that no matter what health issues I have, I do not have to worry about Jon. TLC means so much to me that I can never express my sincere gratitude adequately.
